We believe that you should not have to pay to receive a preliminary professional opinion about the merits of your case. Therefore, our initial consultation is free of charge. We view this as an investment in our future relationship.
If a mutual decision is made to pursue your case, we will discuss in detail the fees involved. In most cases, we work on a contingent fee arrangement, which means that we are paid only if your claim is successfully resolved. In other types of cases, we will work for you an an hourly fee basis. Both of these fee arrangements are always fully disclosed during our preliminary meeting.
All fee arrangements are in writing so there will be no surprises after your case has been concluded. Strong, comfortable relationships are forged by being up-front and honest with our clients.
