Jay N. Silberblatt is a 1977 cum laude graduate of Allegheny College where he received Departmental Honors in American Studies. He earned his law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980 where he served as a Senior Writer on the Law Review. Jay recently concluded service as the 128th President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has served as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Section and as Chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
