A six figure settlement of a complicated medical malpractice case was recently concluded by Merle Kramer Mermelstein in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. The trial, which would have included two expert witnesses from different parts of the state, was set to begin trial when a last-minute conference with the Judge resulted in an amicable resolution.

Merle Kramer Mermelstein is a 1982 graduate of Cornell University. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1985 where she was awarded the Order of the Barristers.
