A client’s case initially appeared like a very minor case with limited insurance coverage due to his limited tort insurance policy and modest medical coverage. Merle Kramer Mermelstein is a 1982 graduate of Cornell University. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1985 where she was awarded the Order of the Barristers.
